Obraz 0.1 Released

It's the first public release of Obraz. Added almost all the main features of Jekyll.

What's new:

• Copy regular static files
• Generate pages with the YAML front matter using Jinja2 templates for layouts
• Support for Markdown formatting
• Generate blog posts using Jekyll conventions
• Support for tags in blog posts
• Custom blog URL schemes
• Exclude files from generation
